RENAUDIN
I was lucky enough to grow up in the world of tourism in Asia. At the age of 15, in 1993, my parents opened their own agency in Thailand and then in Laos.
It was in 2000, at the age of 22, that I started working for the family agency in Laos as a tracker for tours to meet the tribes, and then as a guide for large groups. At the time, these new tours were destined for French travel catalogues.
Following their retirement, it was in 2012, and with my colleague and long-time friend Phasouk, that we started to create our travel agency.
Now, as a team, we put all this experience at your service and that of our tour operator partners around the world to create unique, tailor-made tours of Laos.

VANSAVATH
I started my career in tourism in 1999 after graduating from the French department of the National University of Laos in Vientiane.
First as a French-speaking guide and then as a guide team leader, my role was to ensure cohesion between your expectations and the important role of the guides in ensuring that exchanges with ethnic groups were beneficial for everyone.
Regularly in the field since the very beginning of my career, I check with my team during our scouting trips that the proposed tours correspond to reality.
My 21 years of experience have given me an in-depth knowledge of the country, which today enables me and my team to create trips to Laos that are far removed from mass tourism.
Our travel agency in Laos creates unique programmes, tailor-made for your group. Our mission: to offer you an authentic and personal adventure. We are constantly striving to improve and innovate in order to meet your needs precisely, while respecting a fair cost for you and our local partners.
With us, the human relationship is central. We handle each request individually. You'll be accompanied by a dedicated member of our team, from your first contact right through to your return home, ensuring a hassle-free travel experience.
We advocate fair and respectful tourism, far removed from mass tourism. Our local partners are involved in every stage of your trip, helping to ensure that you have the holiday of your dreams. All our tours take full advantage of the environment, local customs and traditions, for a harmonious and authentic experience with the locals.

Local cuisine
The Laotian diet is based on rice, topped with pork, beef, poultry or fish. Vegetables are varied and plentiful. Fried, sticky or steamed rice, fried noodles, omelettes, fruit and soups make up the daily meals (even breakfast). Dishes can be very spicy. If you are sensitive to this, ask for ‘no spicy’ or ‘Bo Phèt’.
Except in the big cities, you won't find bread, butter, jam or dairy products (which are difficult to preserve).
Drink only bottled water. As for ice cubes, the locals themselves only drink ice cubes made from drinking water, so there should be no worries.

EVERY TRIP TO LAOS INSTANTLY SUPPORTS OUR ASSOCIATION
The aim of our association, Enfants du Laos, is to develop access to education in ethnic mountain villages, so that these children can have the same opportunities as city children to find a job and build a better future on their own.
These villages lack resources, which is why we have built a computer school there from scratch and are setting up education systems in agreement with the local authorities.
300 children from the Hmong and Khamu village of Ban ViengHin benefit from computer and foreign language courses.
Our long-term objectives are to provide sustainable aid and autonomy for families to contribute to their children's education.
